These books were created by Amaara Samji, a student studying psychology and an aspiring counselor. My time working at a helpline, researching mental health, and dealing with my own mental health struggles have inspired me to share the knowledge I have gained over time.

It encourages you to implement small shifts in your daily routine to change your brain by creating new neuro-pathways. This workbook covers a span of 6 months.
