Mental Health WorkBooks

These books were created by Amaara Samji, a psychology student and aspiring counselor. My time working at a helpline, researching mental health, and dealing with my own mental health struggles have inspired me to share the knowledge I have gained over time.

To be honest, you shouldn't need to buy anything to care for your mental health. We are in need of more resources and money put towards free mental health interventions. I made these books for myself in a time when adequate treatment was inaccessible. These books are not a cure. It is important to understand that all people deserve free care, and this is something I will always advocate for.
